Each blade will be shipped in a white plain cardboard box.
Shipments are normally made via UPS (Ground) Indianapolis, Indiana unless otherwise specified.
Claims for good damaged during shipment should be filed with the carrier.

All the saw blades are 100% guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects. We will only replace tools which prove to be defective upon our examination. The blades have to be used properly in handling and application, and have to be sharpened with correct technical specification.

Restocking fees will be charged for returned goods, shipping charges have to be prepaid and must be in new condition.
Absolutely no tools accepted for return after 60 days from the date of delivery.
Authorization number must be issued by “PSAWS” prior to returning any tools.
